Salt N Pepa Tempe Concert reviews
Truely disapointed
I traveled all the way from Washington State to attend this show. The show started late and when Salt N Pepa came on he just started playing. The sound issues started immediately and never stopped throughout the entire show. My understanding is that this show was added on to his already completed tour, so this is why the show was not listed on the tour T-shirts and why there was hardly a selection to have. Overall, it was a waste of my time and money. I have always really enjoyed his music so this was so disappointing for me. I do not find the microphone squelch to be very enjoyable at all. Later into the show when he started playing the older song that everyone knew, he just blew through them one after another like he was in a hurry. He talked maybe three times the entire night. You got the impression that he really did not want to be there. Glad I had other parts of my trip that were great; otherwise, it would have been a total disaster.
